In-House Fittings & Alterations

I know how important it is for your dress to have the perfect fit. Should you require any tweaks or extensive alterations, this service can be carried out at my little boutique.

I offer in-house fittings and alterations to all brides and bridal parties whether your gown is purchased from me or elsewhere.

Ideally, your first fitting will take place 8 to 12 weeks before your Wedding day, however, it can be booked nearer the time if preferred.

When having a fitting, I ask that you wear the appropriate underwear, nude or white is preferable and the correct bra if wearing one.

Also, your bridal shoes, so I can check your gown is the correct length.

Vintage Wedding Dress

As every bride and dress is unique it is difficult to give a fixed price for alterations. During the fitting process, everything will be explained and a price will be given and agreed upon before work is carried out so there are no surprises!

I am happy to have an initial ‘no obligation' consultation with you and your gown before your first fitting to discuss what work needs to be carried out so you have an idea of the price beforehand.
